What data we process
The data you provide when you send the appointment form (full name, phone, email if given, area and the text of your enquiry), or when you write to or call us. The website's automatic assistant does not store or send your questions anywhere: it runs only in your browser.
Why we use it
To handle your enquiry, contact you, arrange an appointment and, if you give your email, send you a confirmation of your request. If you then instruct us, your data will also be processed to provide the legal service requested.
Legal basis
Your consent, given by ticking the box on the form, and, where applicable, steps taken at your request before entering into a contract and the resulting professional relationship.
How long we keep it
Data from an enquiry that does not lead to an engagement is kept for up to one year. If a professional relationship is established, it is kept for its duration and afterwards for the periods required by law and professional rules.
Recipients
We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law. The form is sent from the website's server, hosted by Hostinger (UAB Hostinger, Lithuania, European Union), which acts as data processor. Messages are received in the firm's professional email account.
